Chapter book, Realistic Fiction
Clementine never payed attention to what was going on. She was always focused on other things which always got her in trouble. Her best friend was Margaret and they always got in trouble together. Clementine had a little brother who she always called names of vegetables. In the story she cuts off Margaret's hair but only to help her. She used her mothers permanent markers to try to cover it up. She had a cat named Polka Dottie but now she has a new cat and her name was moisturizer. Throughout the story Clementine always says "okay, fine."
Principal Rice always yelled at her. She had some good days and some bad days. She loves to draw and was known as the "HARD ONE" in school. She would always try to help people but it always turned out bad.
Setting: Apartment building, basement
Theme- Sometimes you need to pay attention to detail or things can turn out bad
